Shipping policy

 

We offer free standard delivery on orders above $100. Please note that shipping will be applied to your order at checkout.

When placing an order, please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct as we are unable to redirect.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum

Delivery times are estimates and are provided as guidelines only. Please note that in some areas, there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavor to send your order as quickly as possible but we cannot take responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations and/or adverse weather conditions. During sales and holiday periods, the delivery time may be longer due to large volumes of orders.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon entry into the country of destination over which we are unaware. Kavaad cannot be held accountable for any of these charges. Please contact your local authorities if customs and import taxes apply to your country. It is your sole responsibility to claim such charges from the applicable authority in your country.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please note estimated shipping times does include processing times at the warehouse and is calculated separately from the date the order is placed.

We process and package all orders normally 1-3 business working days.

After your order is processes, we ship immediately.It takes between 5-15 days for standard shipping delivery(depending on which warehouse stocks the ordered product). Maximum standard shipping delivery time for orders to AFRICA and some parts of ASIA and the MIDDLE EAST is between 15-25 days.
